Heritage Club 41 Qualifications

January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018

• Top 40 brokers, only one producer per agency will qualify
• The top agency nationwide based on premium will receive an additional slot

Submitted annalized premium

• Producers must have at least two new cases opened during the qualification period^*
• Must write at least $1,000,0000 in total written premium in 2018
• Producers must be in good standing with Allstate Benefits
• Producer's in-force book of business must have acceptable retention and profitable experience
• Only commissionable agents can qualify (no writing agents)

Heritage Club 41 qualifiers may bring one adult (over age 21) to accompany them on the trip

If am individual qualifies for and receives an invitation to Heritage Club 41 and is unable to attend for any reason, he/she is not entitled to any other form of compensation, nor may the qualifier substitute another attendee in his/her place.

Each Heritage Club 41 qualifier must be a licensed and appointed agent in good standing with Allstate Benefits at the time of the trip.

Standings will be reported monthly throughout the qualification period. Heritage Club 41 standings and final results are determined solely on calculations of Allstate Benefits in its sole discretions.

Federal and state income tax incurred because of attending Heritage Club 41 is the responsibility of the qualifier. A 1099 form in the amount of the "fair market value" of the trip will be issued to each qualifier.

Any deviation from the Heritage Club 41 program/itinerary is at the qualifier's expense and is subject to availability.

The rules governing the qualification requirements and dates for Heritage Club 41 may be amended by Allstate Benefits, if necessary, during the qualification period.
